Staff is always very kind and helpful. Parking limited but got there early so had no issue. Walked to the basilica even though I am not a good walker! So I appreciated being close enough.

There were three things that let the house down. The first problem was a totally inadequate WiFi. To get a good signal you had to be in the little room where the box was. Dreadful
We actually left because it was so awful. Fortunately the guy on reception was very understanding. It was totally unsuitable for anyone over 25 as it was so rowdy and the lodge was really bad. Sorry to say this but true.
