"Bathroom had silverfish and needed grout repairs. Tap and shower sprayed onto the bathroom floor. Beds were comfortable, room was fine. Staff were very helpful when we arrived. They were knowledgeable and gave great advice about getting to town to experience Dublin with the only night we had in the city."

"The room cleanliness and responsiveness of the front staff was what took down one star. Otherwise, the bar/cafe/restaurant staff were amazing!! The front staff were nice, just their response times wasn’t great. The amenities were really nice! The hotel room was very roomy. The location is perfect! Easy to take transit, fast cab, or so close to the mall."

"Bar and restaurant staff were excellent, attentive and provided great service. Front of house/reception staff in my opinion were less so. Reception staff set the scene therefore they should greet staff with a smile, be friendly and take some time to run through what’s what. This was missing. I also think that a surcharge of 17 euros for breakfast when paying 135 euros for accommodation is very expensive. I declined and went to the local town where my breakfast cost less than 10 euros"
