"This was our second stay at this hotel. We absolutely loved it the first time. This time the staff was not great. There was one member who acted on a power trip the entire stay we were there. He was condescending, rude, and contradictory to his own statements. Every time there were kids in the pool he checked the water for 30 minutes (I wish this was an exaggeration) and continued adding chemicals while they were in it! Several members of our party ended up with chemical skin irritation and eye...

"The shower in the room didn’t work. Maintenance was called and the guy was super nice, however it was going to take him more than an hour to fix the shower and I didn’t have the time to wait, Also one of the elevators wasn’t working. So you had a long walk to get to the working elevator or I could walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage."

"★☆☆☆☆ I checked out early because I was so disappointed. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the highway, and traffic noise was constant. If you’re a light sleeper or value a quiet room, this is probably not the place for you. The room itself felt dated, and the bathroom was extremely small. The shower was especially cramped. I honestly don’t know how a larger person would use it comfortably. There was also a lingering odor in the room that made the stay less...
