"Besides the property, the staff, the people who support and serve their guests is the difference. We greatly appreciated their eagerness to assist, help, make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We would like to acknowledge specifically Lilas and Pedro at the dront, Emely, Maria and Alejandra in the dining room. The laudry service was impeccable. What a group and what a team!
