"Great location and the accommodations were excellent. I was a perfect place for us to lay our heads for an overnight stay. 8 minutes from RP Funding Center which great when we had to be there at 630 am for a cheer competition. The bed were extremely comfortable for a good nights rest."

"Stayed there while dropping my son at USF. The place is brand new, and was exactly as in the pictures. Very spacious, close to USF and Bush Gardens and in a quiet neighborhood. Definitely will try to stay again on my next visit. "

"The windows were filthy. We love to let the sunshine in, but the vertical blinds were damaged, and the windows were so dirty, it was depressing seeing them. The hinges on the cabinet doors in the bathroom were either completely pulled out, or needing to be tightened. There were wood fence scraps and excess cable in a pile on the small patio we had hoped to sit on. The VRBO amount for our stay was increased after the confirmation had been made, the host was not helpful in remedying it."

"Was in town for an athletic event and needed a place to be able to get away and rest/sleep. This property was perfect communication with the host was timely and everything was advertised. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. "

"Most disappointing was that for a 3 night stay there were only 3 K-Cups for coffee. I normally like 2-3 cups per day. And no decaf or tea for people who may want that. When I travel by Uber it's not convenient to run to the store for a box of K-Cups which I may only use a few of, and leave the rest behind. Also, no tissue boxes. Would be cheap and easy to have a couple around the house especially during allergy season"
