The rooms are clean, the hotel is just showing age. Specifically in the bathroom, there has been alot of caulking repair around the tub of the room, we were in and shifting floor tiles. Overall the room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice size room. Doors are loud closing the hallways, but overall it was a quiet location, close to many things.

This hotel was a welcomed surprise. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. They were attentive to my needs and did not hesitate to help and made my stay better than expected. I would like to give a special shout out to one of the front desk staff and I think her name Muffin I think, and she went above and beyond to help me when I had problems with my phone. To be honest you don’t get this kind of service any more. The ladies of the front desk rock!! They made my stay perfect.

Had some issues with the shower door not staying closed while showering and there was no hot water. The body wash was also completely empty and there was no conditioner. Key at the front desk was amazing! She was very sweet and accommodating. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

Clean room with the exception of a sticky spot on the floor that was skipped when mopping. Obviously the floor was not mopped near the closet. Staff was great, exception with the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. I had to wait at least 20 min for her to finish a conversation. Finally, another person told the 2 that they need to move because I was waiting. The person who was talking to staff apologized but the staff gave me attitude. Bad vibes! It was her friend that told her to move out of the way so I could be helped. Happy I did not see her the remainder of my stay. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well. I recommend this location if you are not staying downtown ATL. Love the fact I could walk across the street to Stonecrest Mall.

Everything was great! The rooms were super clean. There was one receptionist that was rude and tried to tell me that the I had to wait 45 minutes for a room. I guess the woman had an attitude when I told her I reserved a room and that it was unacceptable for my room not to be ready. So the receptionist just walked away from and went into the back office. The male manager came out and got me squared away within a few minutes and handed me my keys to my room. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s also in a safe location. Excellent!
