"The reception team is friendly and assisting. The hotel itself is clean. But I would recommend putting more people at the desk later afternoon. I was waiting for 15 minutes with another guest till poor young receptionist was speaking over the phone with a client. There was noone to help her. Later i called five time to the reception either no answer, obviously the lady was busy with someone else. 4 star hotel cannot have similar situations. Additionally usually 4 star hotel has room service as well as open restaurant. Which was not the option here. The guest sometimes what yo stay in the hotel or room without searching for place to eat. The biggest issue to my opinion is the noise. Soundproofing is very poor. You hear neighbours clearly speaking or using the toilet. In general the hotel is ok if the noise , lack of restaurant is not a problem."

"The room was clean which is our first concern. The furnishings are modest, but adequate although it would be nice if there were shelves or drawers in addition to space for hanging clothes. It would also be nice to have a night table on both sides of the bed rather than just one side. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, at all hours, including when we left at 2:45 AM. The breakfast was adequate for the price and considering we did not see other places in the area for breakfast. The coffee was not so good, and the variety didn't change from one day to the next, though there was some variety. The location was great. We walked to the train station on days when we left the city and walked everywhere in the Old City and surrounding streets."

"This hotel was fantastic!!! The staff was outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring the sites. There is a mall across the street, and excellent restaurants very close to the hotel. Just a helpful note, if you're coming by bus, get off at the Panorama location! It's much easier to get to the hotel, because traffic is awful, if you go to the other bus station!"

"Great stay till the last night when there was a wedding directly above my room. VERY noisy till the early hours of the morning and staff were totally unhelpful. Told me to wait till the morning to complain. Just make sure there are no events being hosted or stay on a lower floor."
