Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "We (family of 4 with 2 small children) had a lovely stay at this cottage! Very friendly landlord and beautiful welcome package. Basic amenities to get you started straight after arrival like tea, suggar, milk, bread. Ideally situated in a quiet area with horse paddock right next to the cottage. Underfloor heating was very cozy, modern cooking area."

"Lovely little village with everything you need within 5 - 10 minutes drive. Cottage is well appointed and comfortable. Also much quieter than I expected. Communication from Christine is faultless. The weather wasn't kind to us (probably the worst week in months), but it didn't really make much difference. It was so good to escape from lockdown. I'm sure we will visit again, it's a perfect base to explore west and north Norfolk, and yes, I would recommend it to my best friend!"
