"This ws a one night stay for business. The property is undergoing renovation currently (sept 25), but my bedroom was extremely lovely. Very spacious, immaculate bathroom - I felt like I was the first person to stay on the room since it has been renovated!Very reasonable, comfortable, lovely bed. In such a great area too, lots of cute cafes, independent restaurants. Tring is so lovely too. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Accessible to Luton train station and local shopping mall, town centre"

"amazing place to stay ,friendly and helpful hosts, very clean and comfortable stay many thanks Jason"

"The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be...

"Everything about this property was perfect. It was easy to find, driveway parking, beautiful outside and inside. Clean, spacious, comfortable and everything needed was supplied. Communication with the host was easy and speedy. Absolutely perfect experience!"

"The property was clean, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. The hostess is amazing! 1 in a million. She was available at the end of a phone. She decorated the front room with a happy birthday banner and balloons and made me feel very special. Amaz"

"During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan. The room is a converted 1-Car garage. Although small, it was clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The host was VERY nice, agreed to store our luggage for the day while we visited nearby tourist attractions, and was very responsive to my messages both before and during out...

"I never even stayed there . They could not contact the hotel to change my booking or cancel"

"Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. Enjoyed it - much better than hotels"

"Great location, first and foremost. The host was very accommodating and communicated well with us. Luckily the weather was cooler, so the lack of AC or having to use dusty fans wasn't an issue. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the flat. It was super dusty, the bed sheets almost looked like they weren't fresh and I was hesitant to use anything in the kitchen without a proper cleaning first. However, you simply can't beat the price and location. I just wish it had been thoroughly deep...
