"On arrival carpets are badly stained and desperately need cleaned. The silicone in the shower has black mould - it needs replaced. Strong smell of spices in the fridge - needs a thorough clean. Washing machine has strong smell of mould - despite running a cycle, the strong smell was still there. The location is good and it does have private parking. "Overall the property was all what we needed, with 2 bathrooms a bonus.A few minor issues, shower drip tray needs replacing, and slip mats needed in both bathrooms.A couple of fans would of come in handy with the weather being so hot, it was uncomfortable inside the apartment.Location was ideal, train and bus station 200 to 300 metres. "DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy.
