"River view! That’s the high point of this location. A bit noisy due to I-84 very close, but nothing to do to solve that- just focus on the Columbia River proximity and view. Good, convenient lounge and restaurant. Nice pool area and exercise room. The property is somewhat dated and could use some cosmetic upgrades in the rooms. Hotel allows pets and we heard several barking dogs in rooms- owners were probably elsewhere."

"We had a nice time on our stay here. Quaint little spa tucked away in the woods in the Columbia river gorge! FYI our hot tub was way too hot at first so I would recommend setting the temperature as soon as you check in."

"Many positives about this place: a. it is right next to the creek, and it has a peaceful atmosphere on the exterior. I was happy to sit outside on both the upper patio or the lower seating and relax. b. the host was patient and kind with me - the communication between Orbitz and VRBO and then me as the guest was not great - not the host's fault! and she helped clarify things that slipped through the cracks. c. the unit itself is so thoughtfully designed. I am not someone who has a special interest in this, but I noticed how well harmonized the colors, the textures, even the fonts on the little notices that were up - the whole package just was done so beautifully. d. I was worried a little about traffic noise because it was mentioned in the listing and I had a white noise machine by my bed. Maybe compared to the utter silence of the deep woods you would notice traffic on Wind River Road. I live in an urban environment, and I didn't notice anything. e. All the details were perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were super fluffy. The kitchen had everything we needed. f. I was comparing the price of the unit to the price of getting two rooms at the nearby resort (which was our other option), and this was definitely the better value."

"This place was beautiful and loved the privacy. It was very clean and quiet and we had such an amazing time. Host responded quickly when we had any questions. Fabulous place to stay!"

"Beautiful house, clean and comfortable. Green, well-maintained lawn and grounds. Kitchen was well-stocked (dishes, coffee maker, microwave, etc.). Host even provided a pound of coffee. Area quiet and inviting. Perfect for activities near White Salmon. We had nine people in our group and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient. Master bath had an odd configuration: tiny toilet area but large walk-in closet. Great shower. Heating and cooling units were very efficient and effective. Hot tub and outside seating.Driveway is small gravel road with homemade sign. Easy to miss. Host was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We would stay there again."

"The space and location are great. The only challenge we had was finding the path to the river! For longer stays I think the lack of a place to unpack clothes would have been a minor issue, but for our short stay it was no problem."
