"Staff were so friendly. Main areas are clean and in great shape. Room appeared clean but had mystery hair clumps in the bathroom and shower. And some small blood staining on the comforter. Otherwise it was great. Amenities were amazing. Staff were super friendly. Great pool. Lots of towels. Super comfy beds ! "

"Alt hotels are typically really good. Lobby area and amenities were good. Being attached to the the airport for an early morning flight was the big selling feature. Having said that, this was not my best stay in an Alt. Room had a mild whiff of BO and just felt stale. Room temperature was set at 24 degrees. For people that keep their home at 19-20, it felt so hot. I tried to turn it down. Five hours later it had only dropped by half a degree, so sleep wasn’t great. Otherwise, fine."

"Parking and check in was easy. Nice location close to the citadel. Room was clean and comfortable. Rooftop view. Breakfast was pretty basic. Unfortunate extra charge for some items. Overall, good experience."

"When I checked in, the front desk staff and manager were incredibly rude, degrading and mean to me. They claimed they could not find my reservation when I checked in at 4 o’clock and made me wait until 4:50 pm before I was able to get into a room, making me late for an online meeting. I also was not feeling well. And why I booked the room. They claimed they had no responsibility of not being able to find my reservation even though I supplied them with a copy of the receipt and my confirmation number from an Expedia. The front desk manager threatened to treat me poorly a couple of times and not help me as he believed it was not his responsibility for some reason that they could not find my reservation and had no interest at all to help me until he finally did and basically made me beg for assistance. He took my phone for me from me for over 30 minutes, trying to solve the situation which was very confusing. I’m very upset with how degrading the front desk manager was in treating me and how he made me feel in order just to get into my room. This was also the second night staying there as my second night reservation was for emergency.. very very very disappointed how I was treated "
