"I usually don’t leave reviews, especially if they’re negative, but there wasBlack mold in the shower, and huge stain on furniture that looks like dried urine. For the price and the Wyndham expectation, this did not hold up. Definitely will not stay there again. Also was a little disappointed when I showed up to breakfast and they didn’t want to serve me because they said it wasn’t included in my room. They charged me an additional $30 for two adults to have breakfast, and the pancakes were not cooked even in the middle. If you want your guest to feel like family, don’t refuse to feed them! If you’re gonna have a breakfast buffet, that should be included with everybody’s room."

"Planned on having breakfast, but no one showed up for work in the breakfast area. Staff had no knowledge and no comment other than “ I do t know anything about it”. Disappointed in the site. Check in was not pleasant either. I’m sorry, but I hope it gets better"

"Love the omelets of course. The bar tenders during evening reception are great. Staff at breakfast are so polite, attentive and quick to assist. A small improvement is when the hotel has a lot of people to make sure the bowls stay full at evening reception. I know other locations constantly refill but it wasn’t done here. However , staff was friendly. Manager walked around and gave out assorted crackers. This staff is the best out of all the locations I’ve been too and I stay with Embassy in several cities and states. "

"Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. "
