When I first entered my room, there was a strong unpleasant odor. I also found a dead cockroach next to the toilet. I reported both issues to the front desk and requested a different room. The staff changed my room promptly, which I appreciated. However, the second room still had an unpleasant smell, although it was better than the first one. Unfortunately, I later found a live cockroach on my bed. I killed it and took a photo as evidence. The hotel's cleanliness fell far below my expectations, especially for a Wyndham property. I hope the management addresses these sanitation issues so future guests can have a much better experience.

We stay here all the time and never had issues but this time our shower didn't work and we didn't realize until it was almost check out time. Also we went to breakfast at 8 and there was a half a cup of coffee and fruit loops. We paid a little more for this room because it came with breakfast so that was pointless.

The hosts were nice and helpful. The room 162 was very run down. There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was hard as a rock with body impressions like it was very old. The shower has a bolt for a knob. The Air conditioner worked good though.

The mini fridge in the room had open drinks left in it from previous tenants. The bathroom ceiling in the shower looked like it had mold and the bathroom door barely latches and then got stuck shut. The toilet barely flushed properly.
