The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1) Please turn off all lights. Make sure all windows are closed and the door is locked. 2) Place all dishes in the dishwasher and hit start. Dishwashing detergent is located under the sink.
3) Put towels in a pile by the washer. If washing, you must hit the power button first to unlock the washer and open the door.
4) Take out all the trash. The dumpster is located on the side of the building. Check out time 10:00 AM
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No Parties! If you’re the one causing a commotion please be prepared to leave with no refund granted! Police will be called.
Every guest (even visitors) over 6 people will incur a $25/person charge. There are cameras at every entrance and you will be charged!
Although the views are amazing please do not lean out of the windows. No hot pots or hot dishes are allowed on the white granite countertops.
