The Loft is a cozy loft that is a 1 bedroom 1 bath. It can sleep 3 people comfortably and is located very close to several restaurants and shopping. The Loft is perfect for people who prefer to stay in town since it is only 10 minutes from downtown where you have your typical bars and tasty restaurants. Or if you opt for a more natural take on Little Rock you can hike Pinnacle or visit Two Rivers Park. For our coffee drinkers, Mylo's Coffee Co. and River City Coffee are very close. Another neat feature about The Attic is that it acts as a duplex. You can see the downstairs listing if you search The Lil' Rock House. This property is located next to interstate 630. If you are a light sleeper then I would not recommend this property for you.
The only thing that is shared with the guests downstairs is the laundry room. Guests will have their own entrance/exit from the rest of the house. Guests will check in by retreiving the key from the lockbox on the door that is located at the entrance for The Attic.
