"The room was a very good size for my family of 4. Beds were very comfortable. We only stayed for the 1 night so we didn’t get any views really on the amenities. It was very nice to have the shuttle there on property to take you to Disneyland and bring you back. The only downside was there were a lot of nats in the bathroom. Check in was easy. Although I overheard other employees explaining a lot more stuff to other guests the person checking us in wasn’t as talkative. I had to ask her questions that I wanted a little more information on. She didn’t tell us about any breakfast options or special either and I forgot to ask which is my fault. All in all the hotel is nice and great distance from Disney if you’re not worried about rope dropping."

"The only reason I gave this review a 2 and not a 1 is because the staff was great and I was thankful I was able to open up a window being on the 3rd floor. When we got to our room, the AC was off, the windows were closed and the room was so musty it was almost unbearable. Went downstairs to talk to the front desk, but they were so busy checking in other guest. Luckily there was a Target around the corner. We went and got some cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves as much as we could. We turned on the AC and opened the windows to air out the room. We were only staying there 1 night so I wasn't going to put up a fit."

"On Expedia, it shows that parking is included in the fee. I found out a week later they charged me $40 USD for parking and never mentioned that this charge would take place. The reason we booked with them in the first place on Expedia was because of the free parking. If you're booking, just know that they charge for parking."
