"The room was good and the hotel was nice… what kept this from being a great experience was the staff. The room wasn’t refreshed the 2nd day and the pool didn’t have any towels. Additionally my family had to go to the front dash for amenities. Disappointing is the right word."

"Comfy beds and cool atmosphere. We got the Executive Suite, which our kids loved, and we did, too. We have stayed here before, but never in the suite. It has a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, and it also has a huge hot tub inside the room. Comfy couch and recliner, and lots of room for all our stuff. We slept so good we missed breakfast (which has always been pretty good here). The staff was fantastic, as always."

"We weren’t there for the activities and mainly just slept there only but the staff was accommodating as much as possible and pleasant. It’s right across the street from Soap Lake for those looking to partake of what the lake offers"
