"They have a nice little breakfast each morning. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Great central location for walking around downtown Gettysburg or getting to the battlefield. Found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable but that's personal preference. Walls are thin and it can be easy to hear neighbors but fortunately the clientele is generally quiet. Shower made an annoying squealing sound. Minor inconveniences that didn't detract from a wonderful trip. Plan to stay here again on future visits."

"Positives include nice clean room, good heat/ventilation, and well maintained grounds. Negatives included a shower with only half a door (and a hole in that half, by design) that left the bathroom floor flooded, a location that was a bit further from the National Park than optimal, and the thing that really spoiled the vibe - The property has a nice dining room. All the promotional literature, the main foyer signage, and the online info say dinner is served at 4 pm. We arrived hungry at 4:45 pm and were told the dining room didn't open 'til 5 pm. We went to the bar to wait and had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who might have been joking but made us feel uncomfortable. So we left and went to the Gateway Family Diner (very close by on the same property - just 2 buildings down). We recommend you do the same."
