"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. They had a room big enough for 8 people to sleep comfotably. The only qualm I had was no protein in the breakfast except sausage gravy. Maybe add some sausage or bacon. "

"This is such a a great place to get "away from it all"! There are fun floats available, and paddleboards and kayaks if you're more adventurous. The house itself is nestled in some trees right on the lake. The screened porch is perfect for morning coffee, and there is a nice gravel path down to the water. You can walk right into the water from the shoreline. We spent the majority of our time in the water. We brought our 1-year old dog and she got to swim for the first time! There is plenty of kitchen stuff available, and the interior is clean and comfy. Not to mention how kind and gracious the host is!! Thanks so much, Pat! We definitely hope to return! #lakelife"

"We are an extended family of 13 adults, some of us who had not seen each other in over 40 years. We were looking for a place where we could relax and have gathering areas where we could chat and reconnect. This house was perfect. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms where we each had our own personal spaces but plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces that comfortably fit all of us for meals and chatting. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated, and both kitchens were well appointed. There were several coffee pots for a large group.The dock had a perfect area with lots of seating where we could enjoy being next to the water. Some in our group used the paddle boards and kayaks. Tammy, the property manager, kept me well informed and gave me contact info if I needed it. The check in was easy and check out duties were quick and easy too. Overall, it was the perfect place and I would definitely stay there again."

"Wake n Lake is a beautiful, spacious home on a peaceful lot with amazing views of the lake. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked. We especially enjoyed the boat house area fishing for catfish, kayaking around the lake, s’mores at the fire pit, and ending the nights with a game of pool! A perfect place for a family vacation!"

There are places to hang out in small groups and the common areas are comfortable for everyone to be together. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use.
