"Location was perfect and convenient to local restaurants and day trips ! Very close to Red Rocks! Beds were very comfortable and smelled fresh and clean! Outdoor sitting area was comfy and where we stayed most of our time there. AC worked great ! Only suggestion is to have washcloths and maybe a few more hand towels . There were plenty of bath and hot tub towels."

"The home was clean and had everything I needed while I was in town. My dogs loved the big backyard. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to my doctors office for my daily appointments. Even being right off of Broadway it wasn’t hard to get in or out of which I had initially been concerned about. The check-in/out process was seamless and the owner was very communicative. I would recommend this home to other guests and would stay here again."

"All the towels were folded but still wet, wet sheets in the dryer. Hair stuck to the wall in the shower and a bar of soap with pubic hair left in master shower. Holes and broken fencing in the backyard made it not pet friendly. Very disappointing."

"Property was nice neighbor & neighbors were nice during our stay. We arrived a good half hour after our check-in time & still had to wait due to cleaners still being there. They didn’t do the greatest job & also didn’t leave any toiletries or anything so we had to purchase some for our stay that we left behind for the next guest.
