"This was a beautiful place to stay. The room had nice cool AC, a kitchenette with fridge and stove, a huge floorplan, and a lovely porch and view. The suite was very clean, and is a huge bathroom with amenities provided. The area is very safe, and the suites have keyed entry with multiple locks on the doors. The staff was very friendly and met us as we were arriving. We had no trouble setting up transfer for the airport, and our driver was there early waiting for us. It was a quick drive and he made sure we got to our assigned terminal. The beach was literally across the street from the suites, and the beach was beautiful and inviting. We ate at a restaurant on the beach and had a wonderful time. Everything is within walking distance from the suites. We loved our stay here, and we look forward to returning for a much longer stay one day."

"Great location near the water. We had arrive early before our room was available leaving our luggage in a holding area so we could do more sightseeing. There is a nice restaurant at the hotel overlooking the water that was very relaxing. The shuttle in the morning was very convenient. As our flight was early (6:00am), shuttle picked us up at 3:00am to catch our flight on time."

"Good to walk to the beach. I didn’t use pool because too chilly weather wise. Pool looked clean, nice having table out on front porch to sit. Georgois was great and timely with shuttling us to and from our next phase of trip"

"Our time at Modular Bungalows was short, but excellent! The property is exactly as advertised and the customer service was first class. Both Elias and his wife were amazing and made us feel so welcome with a nice bottle of wine and great information about the area. The paid shuttle to the hotel from the cruise port was a great help and very much appreciated. Elias checked in with us both prior to and during our stay. To make things even better, we were served an unprompted platter of various fresh summer fruit that was way too bountiful for two people, but oh so delicious! Next time we are in Athens, this will definitely be our choice of accommodation. It is very close to the beach, restaurants, and points of interest. Our only disappointment was not having more time there. We also loved meeting Maxine, the resident kitten, who came and greeted us. She was the cutest, friendliest kitty! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"What a pleasant surprise. Stayed here for a closer hotel to the airport. Exceptionally clean. The mattresses were so great, we were a little pissed to have had to left early in the morning. Only downside is we contacted them about their airport shuttle and they never got back to us. They also offered to get us a taxi the next morning so I don’t think they have an airport shuttle."

"Clean simple room, bed is ok, not super and not bad. Cold air worked good. Listing showed picture of upper floor with balcony, but actual apartment was ground floor with view of street. Host needs to make clear if room has balcony or not. Nice Tv had streaming services with lots to see."
