Staff were friemdly and helpful and it was good to get a vegan meal with advance warning. The only drawbacks are that there no lift (but next time we will request a ground floor room) and the shower is over the bathub and not separate. However, we loved our stay and will happily return."

At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service"
