Colorado Cabin Escape (Hot tub, sauna)

Rustic, yet breathtakingly beautiful, quiet and serene! The Colorado dream! SAUNA, HOT TUB, FIRE-PIT! Relax and unwind!
This is your very own, private, historic and totally remodeled 148 year old cabin. Merely a mile off of 287. Easy to get to, and all roads maintained! No other people staying near you. This is not one of many guest cabins, it's the only one on our place.
You will not hear anyone cough, sneeze or talk! Your cabin is separate from the main home and away for complete privacy.
We know you will enjoy our restored 148 year old homestead cabin with the best views this side of the Rockies! Gaze upon the Mummy Range and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Accommodations are very comfortable with a new double, copper infused, wrapped coil and foam Corsicana bed in Aspen frame, microwave, 3.1 CU Fridg, (bigger than dorm fridge pictured now) Finnlea Swedish sauna inside your cabin, Majestic Twilight Master Spa (hot tub) only 20 steps away in a private courtyard. Beautiful areas to sit, watch the wild-life, birds (birders, we have had three rare bird sightings on our property in the last two years) or hike the many open spaces near our place.

The celestial activity at night (without street lights) is phenomenal. It is NOT uncommon to see meteor showers and shooting stars on your stay. There is heat and A/C if you need it. Fall asleep to the sound of the great horned owl and coyotes in the distance.
Historic, rustic yet renovated, private, clean, comfy, quaint and beautiful. If you are looking to reconnect with your partner or just need some downtime to collect yourself this is the perfect place.
Come get away from it all!
(Verizon, Starlink, and Xfinity work out awesome out here!)
No TV, VCR or DVD player. but great HIGH-SPEED Satellite WIFI (two satellites) Hughes Net and Starlink if you need your own device. Password in cabin.
Peace and quiet for downtime and supreme relaxation. Unplug to the sounds of our stream, great-horned owls, coyotes and nature. The "sound of silence" is truly a luxury in this day!
(No meals served, yet you can "contract for breakfast $15.00 a person, (homemade cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit) need one day notice, please) We can offer fresh eggs 6.00 and chorizo15.00, Steaks 25, Steak Burger 15.00
Charcuterie board upon arrival at $48.50. Please reserve ahead of arrival.
Romantic package: includes breakfast first morning, all alcohol is free, (specialty beer/wine in fridge), unlimited firewood, exclusive hot tub use the entire stay!

*All pets need to be pre-approved and the fee is $50 per dog per weekend.
Bike rental is 15.00 per stay.
Wood: $15 dollars a bundle, first bundle is free. DO NOT bring your own wood onto the property!

Our ranch is a working ranch, and we have horses, yellow labradors, chickens, and cattle.

The wild life we have seen includes: mule deer, bald eagles, pronghorn, Bobcat, coyotes, foxes, and wild rabbits.

An experience to remember and come back to time and time again!
Very much looking forward to your visit and making your stay as memorable as possible.

Beautiful
The cabin was nice and homey. Karen and Al were so friendly and were the first thing we were greated by after a 12 hour drive. Karen was very helpful over the phone answering any questions I had. Other than that I did not see much of them. There property is beautiful and I'm so glad we got to see it when it was raining as it made it even more a rare site for city people like myself and my partner. The hottub was a nice thing we used every night to relax after site seeing every day. It over all was a very relaxing and peaceful stay and I could not have asked for anything better.

Amazing Getaway!
We live in Loveland so this was a short weekend getaway for our anniversary. We had so much fun! The hosts are amazing and so accommodating. They had a beautiful breakfast spread for us and the hot tub was extremely clean and comfortable. The cabin is cozy, warm and clean. The bathroom was excellent with all the accommodations you could ever need! The 360 views are INCREDIBLE! Pictures do not do it any justice. Do not hesitate to stay here! We already can't wait to go back. Thank you Karen and Al! We will see you soon!

Beautiful stay!!
So thankful for this stay! For someone to open up there home and be so kind, what an experience. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Being a nurse and my husband military this was peaceful, I have told friends and family about this place. So if you want coffee with a view an amazing egg Benedict, like shopping with amazing food, and a beautiful hike. It seriously has it all!

Breathtaking views and first class hospitality, can’t wait to go back again
Karen made our visit very simple, very easy, and incredibly enjoyable. We just needed a weekend to get away from all the day to day tediousness and recharge our batteries. We are already making plans to go back in the spring or very early summer…. Cross Creek Ranch is spectacular and we greatly appreciate Karen sharing her home with us for a couple days.
