- PET FRIENDLY secluded vintage cottage on 10 acres with long private drive. Spacious living-room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the waterfront with sleeper futon, Open Kitchen and Dining room, Master Bedroom with queen size sleigh bed, second bedroom with two twin beds.
Enjoy all the comforts of home with high speed WiFi and SmartTV technology in this calm, serene home.
Over 300' feet of nice water frontage with a floating dock. Outdoor water equipment available for guests to use including floats, kayaks, etc.
Brettum.s Pond is Large Pond is great for fishing Trout, Brown Trout, Bass, and Perch.
The cottage is a kitchen with every thing you want, a dining-room, large living-room with a futon, two bedrooms, basement you have a washer and dryer!
