"It’s close to the convention center making it easy to come and go. It was easy to find with the clear directions. The gate to enter does get stuck a bit. The porch light wasn’t on but our cell phone flashlight worked just fine accessing the key. It was a tad stuffy when we walked in but there there was a box fan and ceiling fan accessible making it quite nice. The bottom bunk was very comfortable. The top bunk mattress could be better. My daughter graciously took the top. It sinks in the middle....

"Would love to have given this property more stars, but it really needs more work before being listed. To start the house was visibly dirty; the floors were filthy, the dishes all needed to be cleaned again prior to using, and the shower was very grimy. The house also was not stocked to even minimum standards, there was no laundry soap, hand soap in the kitchen, and no additional sheets were provided for the spare beds listed in the posting. Additionally the pocket door to separate the living...
