Clean but cold room but they did bring extra quilt when I asked, bath was great really deep and there was a shower and double sinks,was a bit disappointed in the spa again it was quite cold not the best environment for a massage so I didn’t really enjoy it even though my therapist was really good at her job, breakfast was ok great sausages

Perfect stay

We eere greeted with a very friendly welcome from Conny who checked us in. Going to the room the lifts and corridors were spotless and smelt so fresh! The room was a great size , very clean and the bed is the comfiest i have slept jn for a very long time ( im never comfy in hotel beds). The shower was great and the rolm had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if Inwas visiting the area.

The DoubleTree Hilton was an excellent choice for our stay in Liverpool. Close to the city centre and only a 10 minute walk to the Albert dock. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were great. Would very much recommend the Koukash for an evening meal.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Hotel was lovely, staff friendly, and kept very clean. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The spa pool was ok, but could do with being free for guests ( £15 each per hour). The room was generously proportioned and we'd definitely stay there again

The good; Walkable location, large room and clean Could be better: internet, for our room anyway, was intermittent. Not so good: the picture of the library area used to advertise the hotel is only for special events so could not be accessed.
