This place is a dump couldn't take it anymore so checked out and got a brilliant apartment across the road from Castle Apartments.

The bed was so uncomfortable for me, so so hard felt like I was laying on a solid board. I did ask about another room and I was informed that all the beds were the same.

What i wasn't keen on was the size of the room. Also If a person of a larger build than me stayed theŕe they would have trouble getting in and out of the bathroom. Very tiny.. But overall suited my needs for my stay, by being cean, tidy and in a convenient location

Rooms really small with no hooks/ hangers to put anything. Nowhere to put bags/ clothes? Only one towel and thin pillow provided, however extras available from reception. Having said all that, the location was excellent and it would not put us off using again- I would just look at booking bigger room.

When booking this we knew it was going to be a basic hotel and we were totally fine with that. 3 people 2 rooms 9 nights. Only $1500 AUD. Amazing price…. We only ever use the hotel to sleep when in Liverpool UK But there is no place to put anything, no side tables, no bench, in the bathroom everything needs to go on the floor and the beds OMG - the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Hard, thin and low. - maybe okay for one night if you’re drunk. We changed hotels after one night, travel lodge Edge Lane - outstanding. Thank you !!! I don’t even care about paying more money we just needed to get out of there! Easy hotel clean but cheep amd very uncomfortable.

We came to Liverpool as we wanted to see the Beatles birthplace amongst other things. Loved Liverpool and will certainly go back

Nice quiet hotel on a busy street in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Access to all floors is via the room key making the hotel feel very safe, a bonus for solo travellers. Plenty of places in the immediate vicinity for breakfast, coffee and bistro or fine dining. The only downside is no facilities in the room to make a drink, not even a glass if you take bottled water in with you, although drinks can be purchased in reception. Check in and out is fast. Would recommend.

Very very small rooms and very expensive because of a football match at Anfield. Not worth it. But the staff was nice, and so was the location in city centre. But for this price we will not be back.

Really handy for the city centre, Albert Dock, Liverpool One and all travel hubs. Good value, very clean and the staff could not have been more friendly - nothing was too much trouble and I will definitely stay here again

It was okay, however I did hear screaming throughout the night and there was hairs in the shower when I arrived but the staff were really nice and kind to me which I was on my own so it was nice!

The wheelchair access ramp was unusable and unsafe and there was what we can only assume were disgusting human fluids on the floor by the bed. We have tried to sort this via email before writing this review but haven't heard back. It's a nice hotel in a nice area other than that, but if you're a wheelchair user please contact them about the ramp and be aware that it's really really steep.
