Property was very clean and smelt gorgeous. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The choice was great and the quality was even better. The room itself was a bit cold. When I reported it, maintenance were sent promptly. However the problem remained. The heating vents were blowing out cold air. I will definitely be back and I would 100% recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

Had a really nice stay at Holiday Inn Liverpool, very friendly staff and the location is very convenient, right next to Lime Street station, and close to Liverpool one. My only negative comment is that the soapy smell in our room was a bit on the heavy side.

Excellent hotel

Great location, straight across the road from the train station and near to shops. Extremely clean and lovely friendly staff, nothing too much a problem for them. Amazing breakfast, continental and cooked with dining area having a large glass front. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to stay if you are visiting Liverpool

Breakfast waitress (Kath) was so lovely and friendly! Bathrooms need updating, shower curtains are never great and the toilet flush was poor. Bed was comfy and parking great value at £6.50 for 24 hours. Great central location.
