Great weekend stay in New Brighton

We stayed at Holland House for a couple of nights whilst visiting family. The accommodation was just what we needed. It was clean and comfortable and the little kitchen was a great addition! The bread/butter/jam and cereal and milk were also welcome. We enjoyed the outside.balcony. All in all, very happy with our stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely apartment close to the beach for the dog, had everything I needed, comfortable bed, modern heating system, parking nearby. The fresh bread/milk etc was a lovely touch also

Just want your money.all electricity went off yesterday couldent cook any tea.went bed.im in 70s disabled no call to check ok.shower wouldent work.plug stuck in sink.hair soaking wet.had to wait ages for cleaner.helpfull with my bags.but was annoyed at lack of care.once in place.was a nightmare when all electricity went off.wouldent stay there again.my cat liked garden.thats it

The room was quite dirty and tired looking. Items of clothing were left in drawers. Mould in fridge and shower. No heating in room as controlled by hosts which we didn't realise until late at night. Wouldn't stay here again

The room was clean and it was as described. The shared bathroom was also alright. Unfortunately the lamp was on the floor and there was no bedside table. The room was a little dusty and had the sheets had a slight smell but I don’t think it was dirty. The sockets were hard to reach which was not ideal for charging devices.

Holland House Hotel New Brighton

The advert for this hotel is misleading, it states there is a sitting room there wasn't one. It states breakfast a bowl of cornflakes a bowl of muslia some crumpets bread butter jam on a table is not what I call breakfast. The boiler had broken down and although they put heaters in the room I had to boil a kettle of water to wash my hands and have a shave. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
