Cosy hotel in excellent location for central Liverpool. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable but the shower wasn't very powerful and tended to leak out of the shower base which could get annoying if staying longer than a couple of days.

The property was lovely, the lady on reception was nice and welcoming when we arrived. The room was modern and easy to relax in, we just couldn't get the heating on but the lady on reception was amazing again and provided a portable heater. The beds are very comfortable and overall we had a great stay :)

The hotel is in a great location, everything you'd need around you. Great option for a short break in Liverpool. Room was lovely and warm slept soundly in the bed. WiFi was patchy at best, though we weren't in the room that long to use it to sky great extent. Extra mention for the staff. Meg, who checked us in, Pat, security man and the lovely cleaner that saw us in the morning were all fantastic and a credit to the hotel.
