This was our 2nd stay and it won’t be our last! We arrived at hotel just before 10:30am requesting to leave our luggage but April was so efficient and stated our room was already ready! Room immaculate and spacious and we just love the bar and lounge area as Sky Sports and fantastic music playing!

The hotel was really well positioned close to the shops and bars + 15 minutes walk from the train station. The rooms were really nice with comfy beds + very clean. Staff were friendly + helpful, storing our bags, as we arrived before check in, + accommodating our request of rooms close to each other. One night stay, easy check in. Modern feel to the hotel, rooms a good size, comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Room very clean as were communal areas. Handy bar and screens with sport on. Didn’t eat there in the evening but breakfast was spot on. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Parker at the John Lewis just across the street. Excellent location.
