The room was spacious, we received a welcome bag upon arrival - I’ve been traveling for 2 weeks (4 different hotels) and the Homewood Suites in Liverpool/Syracuse was the BEST experience!!"

"The staff was very nice. Slow checking in when we arrived , but they were very friendly. The room was clean, but renovations would help a lot. The ceiling has was looked like cooking oil stains. The bed was very comfortable. The hot water in the shower was touchy. It was very noisy. You could hear every time a door in the hall opened and closed."
