Not a queen sized bed, 2 bed's together that you fall down the middle and uncomfortable, bathroom window didn't open and everything got wet when it steamed up, lovely building but needs modernisation.

Kept awake all night by people coming in and out of the place. Literally until at least 4am. You can hear everything thats going on throughout the whole building from your room. On top of this when i went to get a shower the following morning, no hot water. Wouldn't stay again.

A really spacious option for 2 adults and 2 teens. Seperate sleep space for adults and teens and a big bathroom with a jet bath. Breakfast was fresh and very filling. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Have stayed here couple of times before so know the hotel is lovely. Wasn't so impressed with our allocated room this time though. I booked a luxury room and expected it to be a little luxurious, but unfortunately it wasn't. Room was quite small and narrow and a little dated and the window didn't open at all which made the room really stuffy resulting in condensation dripping on to the window sill in the morning. overall lovely hotel, but expected more for a 'luxury room'.
