Welcome to our newly refurbished serviced apartment at 21 Bold Street, Liverpool.



Located in the vibrant heart of Liverpool, our spacious, bright, and newly refurbished apartment offers a comfortable retreat amidst the city`s lively atmosphere. Bold Street is a cultural hotspot, home to a mix of independent shops, bars, and restaurants.



Perfect for groups, business travelers, or couples exploring the city, SevenStay provides the ideal blend of style, comfort, and practicality.



As we are centrally located, the area has a vibrant energy, especially on weekends. Some apartments are street-facing, while others are positioned at the back or on higher floors. If you have a preference, let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

-- For last-minute bookings with same-day check-in, a £250 refundable deposit must be paid via a secure Stripe link before arrival—this is the only option to confirm the reservation. The deposit will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.



-- To protect against potential damage to the property, our booking terms and conditions offer two options for the security deposit:



1. A £25 non-refundable damage waiver, paid via a secure Stripe link. This covers minor accidental damages such as broken glasses, utensils, plates, mirrors, and stained towels. This fee is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation, as it covers administrative costs and secures your booking.



2. A £250 refundable deposit, paid via a secure Stripe link. This will be refunded after departure, following an inspection by our cleaning team.

It was advertised as a two bedroom but when we arrived which was annoying. Although they couldn’t accommodate us for a two bedroom The first evening they did move us the next morning, were really helpful and refunded the night on the sofa for one of us!! I think properties at the front are pretty noisy but when we moved it was much quieter. Staff really helpful and apologetic about the mix up. Would recommend here for folk as somewhere really handy and it’s clean and bright.
