I don’t know if we were just unlucky but our room key card kept failing and being reprogrammed and our shower had very little water and no power at all and was barely dripping and stopped all together several times. After several trips to the front desk a man accompanied us to our room and agreed the door lock wasn’t working satisfactorily and the shower was unacceptable even after a visit by maintenance. He arranged for a fresh room which opened as soon as the key card was presented and the shower was much better. The staff were helpful throughout and apologetic and the room change made all the difference to our stay. First morning had no hot food due to a kitchen issue but the remaining days were good with great service and very good food. The hotels was well placed for our needs and the staff are great but as I said maybe we were a bit unlucky with our room allocation.
