Good location, not so great service

We were told our room was upgraded free of cost, which is great. The hotel's location is excellent. It is unfortunate the hotel doesn't have an elevator as we had heavy luggage. Also, the angry lady at the breakfast was quite rude, huffing and puffing if we placed the mug wrong in the coffee machine or attempted to cut a piece of cake for ourselves.

Had a great two night stay with my wife. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quick and delicious to get the day started. Lifts, rentals and restaurants are all a stones throw away from the hotel.

Ho letto alcune recensioni che si lamentano di aspetti riscontrabili solo in hotel da 4 o 5 stelle….gente stiamo parlando di un albergo a 2 stelle. Si paga per un 2 stelle e si ottiene il relativo servizio. Detto questo la struttura per le relative stelle è ben gestita, pulizia eccellente, personale che ti fa sentire in famiglia (infatti è a conduzione famigliare), prezzo concorrenziale. Colazione con prodotti fatti in casa e/o prodotti a km zero. I gestori: Angelo, la mamma e il papà, vi faranno sentire a casa.
