On the second floor of an exclusive apartment block, this beautiful, sunny apartment sleeps 5 people. The apartment is decorated in a contemporary style, with every comfort considered. This spacious retreat has an elegant living room, next to the open plan kitchen/dining area. The living room has Smart TV and a stylish window seat next to a large picture window looking out onto the private balcony and stunning mountain views. The balcony is reached through double French windows in the dining area.

The immaculate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and freezer. The wooden dining table comfortably seats 6 people.

Bedroom 1: An elegant bedroom with a double bed, flat screen TV, large wardrobe and sofa which can be turned into a child’s bed.
Bedroom 2: A cosy wooden paneled room with 2 single beds and a 3rd bed on a mezzanine, reached via a small ladder and a flat screen TV.

Location
This residence is in a quiet but central part of Livigno. It is close to the ski slopes and the shuttle bus stop. There is private parking outside the building but a car is not essential.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. You will never be bored thanks to the resort’s 2 parks – the Mottolino Snowpark, (5 min drive) a snowboarders’ paradise and the Carosello 3000 park, (10 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer – children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months, Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfall and mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park for the whole family.

Livigno has much to offer in terms of apres-ski activities, with a wide range of excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. For those something more relaxing the Aquagranda Wellness Centre is close by (20 min walk), for fitness and spa treatments.

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 4 hour drive from the apartment.
