"Nice room and we could do a few of our own meals."

"The property worked for our family of 5 stay; however, property does not have AC which would be important in the summer. Additionally, sleeping 5 meant sharing spaces as there is only a large great room / kitchen and the master bedroom with master bath. If you need a laundry you’ll have to reserve somewhere else. The location was the best attribute of this property. It is close to everything."

"The lodging was stunning and romantic. It was clean, comfortable, bathroom was modern and bed comfy. Owner was very accommodating."

"Good facilities, especially the kitchen."

"Booked this for a Morecambe break. We spent most of the day around Morecambe promenade and barely needed to plan transport. Nice having the breakfast back at the hotel."

"Great place to stay close to the water and reasonable distance into Edinburgh"

"Pleasant stay"

"Fantastic location and charm."

"Great Location and facilities. Very nice Accommodation."

"Fabulous apartment situated perfectly in the fabulous little town. The welcome basket was a wonderful surprise on check-in, and just added to the enjoyment of the apartment. Fabulously stocked with everything you could need for a stay, good sized rooms, comfortable bed, all the pots and pans for a gourmet meal. And minutes walk to the Red Lion for a pint."

"Very clean and big place with no front desk check in"

"Exceptionally well located, very easy communication with the team. We truly enjoyed this place and highly recommend."

"Nice flat, comfy pillows, close enough to the city."

"Great place to stay in Edinburgh. Location is great, good pubs etc close at hand. Quiet, well appointed and roomy accommodation with good amenities"

"Lovely apartment on a wonderful local street. Not in the touristy area, which we loved, but some might find it too out-of-the-way. Walking to Stockbridge was wonderful, but New Town was 20 minutes uphill. Cabs/Uber were very tough to get, but that seemed a citywide issue. "

"Loved the rooms, spacious, clean and a perfect location. Centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Only downside was the stairs. We totally understand the historic site, but we had a few injuries in our group and lots of luggage making the stairs extra difficult. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend."

"Nice, spacious apartment with super simple check-in. Location was great- walking distance to all the sites in old and new town."

"Always a pleasure staying here ! Wonderful stays . Elevator is a bit slow but that’s not a huge issue . Wonderful place I do recommend"
