  • Our home is right on the water with amazing sunset views!

    Enjoy gorgeous views of the lake from the open-concept Living Room / Dining Room/ Kitchen or while unwinding in the oversized Master Bedroom/ Bathroom.

    The Kitchen is full-sized with seating for 8 at the Dining Table + 2 at the island.

    Play in the spacious back yard, make s’mores on the fire pit or simply enjoy a sunrise and cup of coffee on the covered deck or enclosed porch.

    Swing into the lake on one of the TWO rope swings or just enjoy the scenery over the water from the boathouse deck.

    Relax in the 3 bedrooms and extra room with a queen-sized pull out sofa bed.

    Have family time with a game of cornhole, put together a puzzle, or have a game night with one of several board games (no Monopoly fights!).

This place is amazing! Perfect family get-away. The grandbabies thought they were at Disney with all the great activities! There is an ahhh moment at every turn. The home was so beautiful and VERY comfortable. I highly recommend and will be back many times. The hosts were very quick and helpful. 5 stars!

Had a wonderful vacation at the Lake House. Lots of stuff for the kids. Jet ski rental is close by as well. The kids loved all the snacks, s’mores and gum ball machine. The house has just about everything you could need. We look forward to hopefully returning one day.

Fabulous / Relaxing Vacation Stay

We spent the week here and loved every minute of it! Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and had a nice welcome basket waiting for us. Great fishing, fun swimming and rope swings (beware the deck does get slippery), kids loved the arcade games and gum balls, kayak, fire and smores, games, etc. We will definitely be back later this summer/fall!

Great place!

Our family had such a good time! The house is great and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The best part is the great dock and boat house with the rope swings. It is so fun to hop in and swim there all day. Highly recommend this place!

Lake Getaway

Fun time at the lake

Ideal location, abundance of amenities to keep the kiddos busy and plenty of room to sit back and relax. Great backyard space. Kids loved the rope swings. Overall great time.

Great Getaway

Took the family on a Valentine's Day weekend trip. Host was great with communication. Felt very peaceful and relaxing on the property. Kids all took a cold plunge in the lake and said they want to come back in the summer when it is warmer.

Nice days away from home.

Nice house to get away from home. Plenty of games and entertainment provided. Nice out door areas to enjoy the views. Host was very welcoming and provided ample communication on what to do etc. I would recommend this for someone looking to get away like us.

THE BEST VRBO WE HAVE EVER RENTED — Honestly!This rental experience was so uniquely superior to any other VRBO experience we have ever had that I almost don’t know where to start. The host, Stephen, is EXCEPTIONAL. Communication was fast, frequent, and full of relevant information. He sent a two-page document ahead of time that answered every question we could think of. Once we walked in the door, there wasn’t a single question we didn’t already have the answer to.The house was perfectly set up for the exact vacation we were looking for: a quiet place to be together as a family and have some FUN. The kids spent hours on the rope swings. We went on a kayak picnic. We played games in the garage every night — ping-pong, basketball, air hockey, pool, and even a retro arcade game machine that let us show the kids what video games were like back in the day. They played Donkey Kong and Frogger for hours.My husband and I used the racquets to play tennis in the mornings while the kids hung out in their spacious double bunk bed rooms and snuck gumballs out of the huge gumball machine when we weren’t looking.The house was stocked with everything, and the little touches made a huge difference: K-Cups, a welcome basket with s’mores, and condiments and spices already there.The Lake Livingston House is a new summer tradition for us. It is truly a place where memories are made!

Beautiful house

This place was so cozy and inviting. Our family did some fishing, swimming and played some games. Perfect place for spending time together. The owners are also very nice and reachable if you have any questions. We defiantly recommend this home.

The place with everything

If you’d like to go to a lake house with everything, this is it. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many toys and games in one place. We’re already talking about going back with our grandkids. This home has room for everyone and it’s maintained so nicely.

Awesome House!

We had a great relaxing weekend. The house was clean, we had a cute welcome basket, the house had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The host responded quickly to all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee on the back patio in the mornings overlooking the lake. The boys loved all the games, the gumball machine, the ropes swings off the boat deck and making smores at night. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and we'll be back!

Fun with Friends Weekend Getaway

We brought my friends kids for a little weekend escape and the house was PERFECT! They loved all the games and the romp room - the word was - the bunk beds were REALLY comfortable. What a lovely touch with the s’mores basket and everything we needed for a fire.The view is spectacular and the yard is huge - lots of room to play and hang out. Clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms.Thank you! We hope to come back!

This is a beautiful property right on the water and in a nice gated community. We all loved the house and just totally enjoyed our mini vacation! The host is really awesome!!! Every question, text, or call he responded in minutes. I was even allowed to check in at an earlier time. We cooked, watched movies, played games and relaxed from our busy lives. And my I mentioned the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I mean everything!! The only downside I had was we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely family getaway. This lake house has everything right at your fingertips! I didn’t even list half of all the amenities we enjoyed!!!

Back to Lake Livingston after 35 years

This is such a great location and great house with plenty to do for families. It's been 35 years since I've been to Lake Livingston and this time I was able to bring my wife and most of my kids. I caught catfish off the boat dock (water was murkey from all the recent storms, so hard to catch white bass), kids swung off the rope swings, we took a guided fishing tour and caught some big catfish (same storm impact to white bass). The only problem is we didn't stay longer. Stephen was a great help in communicating what's available in the area

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I needed to get away and this was just perfect. Very quiet neighborhood! The property had way more than the 2 of us could do. It would be great for a family with kids. They had a video arcade game machine that had tons of games on it and a garage full of games as well. It truly is just like the pictures, except the gum ball machine was not there. The only thing that I would suggest is bringing paper goods and foil/ziplocks with you. The pantry has spices and condiments, but no paper goods. I usually bring those but forgot this time but it wasn't a problem. They have plenty of dishes. Everything was great and we would rent this property again!

An exceptional stay!

I’ll keep this brief, but there’s so much to say! We celebrated several birthdays with our teens, and it was an amazing experience. The weather was perfect, but even if it hadn’t been, we still would have loved our stay. Stephen was an outstanding host from the moment we booked, promptly answering all my questions. As fellow vacation property owners, we know what makes for a comfortable stay, and this house exceeded our expectations in every way. It truly has everything—inside and out. The added touches of welcoming snacks, bottled water and a guide for activities and restaurants was much appreciated. There are countless thoughtful activities for kids, teens, and adults alike. Whether swimming or rope-swinging off the dock, fishing, kayaking, or enjoying indoor games like pool, air hockey, basketball, foosball, and arcade games, there’s something for everyone. The selection of board games is impressive! The house itself is comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. We loved the sunroom for sunrise views, the covered deck for meals, and the thoughtfully placed tree swings and rocking chair. The yard was perfect for playing badminton, bocce ball, and frisbee. And THE VIEW! Our favorite time was sunset; it was a stunning surprise that gave us countless beautiful photos by the water. The location in a quiet subdivision is ideal, making this the perfect getaway. We can’t recommend this place enough!
