"Very nice place to stay. All staff were very helpful to include the front desk and service team. breakfast was excellent."

"This place was great overall. Good area for exploring nearby food and attractions. In walking distance to most things and very easy access to the subway. No on site parking which was annoying but a garage less than 3 minutes away. Very clean, friendly staff, and exactly what you need for a place to stay. Only bad thing I would say is the walls/doors are very thin. We could hear everything going on in the hallway."

"The bed was very comfortable. It is small but it is very convenient being on Times Square."

"The desk and luggage staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was well served and maintained."

"It’s very hard to find no signage out front"

"The hair dryer was broken. I wasn’t sure about the details of the charges at check-in (even though it was supposed to be “paid at check-in,” I had already been charged for the first day in advance), so when I asked for a receipt in advance, I was told they could only give it to me at checkout. It was a cramped triple room, but it was nice that I could use the first-floor restroom freely before check-in and throughout my stay. It was also nice that, since I arrived early in the morning, they...

"Everything was wonderful, except no room service and no on site parking,"

"The rooms are not updated. The bathroom was horrible and they were little ants need I say more !"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Good location and price"

"Honestly, the perfect place to stay if you plan on having fun in the city, enjoying Broadway shows, and really just want a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The location can’t be beat, though I would definitely request a higher floor room. Second floor, and you hear alllll the road noise, and it is considerable. There are no amenities, except for the most basic (soap, shampoo, body wash, two plastic cups, a hair dryer). Wish there was a bottled water option, but the bed was comfortable, the...

"This is our second stay here and it will for sure be our hotel for every time we are in NYC. It’s soooo close to everything and that staff is beyond lovely. We got there very early and they were able to hold our luggage so we didn’t have to walk around with it. Even on check-out day (check-out was 11am) we left late in the evening and they still were able to hold our luggage!!! Will recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the city and have everything near. Also is very perfect for anyone going to...

"Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were friendly."

"No body services everyday."
