"We enjoyed our trip to this tranquil lake for a New Year getaway. The property is a great location in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing, campfires and playing ping pong. The views of the sunset are spectacular.We also found a great lakeside restaurant and enjoyed walks at Lake Livingston State Park. So much to do outdoors The kitchen was abundant stocked with everything you need to do some serious cooking should you choose. Missing everyday spices and cooking oils however. There is a smart TV in every room which made it nice to stream some family movies during downtime. I did reach out the management however that all the indoor and outdoor seating needs immediate attention. I would like to return in the summer to take advantage of the pool and lake activities soon. "

"Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of paper products as well as dishwasher detergent and detergent for the washer. The only recommendation would be to put rocks or sand under the fire pit because there was some issues with embers falling out onto the leaves and grass."
