"The staff was rude or not interested i think. And the room service was bad. We didn’t have towels 2 days. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom. I reached there around 2:15pm, they said rudely said they can only provide room at 3PM. Plus no wait in lobby, i had to sit in my car for 45 mins. For everything they were making excuses that its a mardi gras week, but i could see many rooms empty."

"This was an amazing place to stay for the graduation. We were close to Baton Rouge. We were all able to have some entertainment. Video games, pool table, media room and the nice pool. Most of all our hostess was amazing. So kind. So helpful. I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home."
