"This home is clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed there with my 20 something niece and nephew for 5 days and 4 nights. We talked well into the early mornings in the living room and had breakfast before we dashed off to our events, on the kitchen counter. There is a large dining table for 8 but my niece and I cleared it off and used it as our sewing center. "It was a bait and switch. As we landed in Ca received message our rental was unavailable and another in its place. Replaced home was substandard. Carpet filthy, no supplies ie dishwasher soap, shower gel etc. rate on website was lower than we were charged. Asked for the difference of $500. No response from owner"

"The house was comfortable, clean, neat, clutter free, and well stocked with everything a family of 7 would need from kitchen items to ample towels, to board games. The Keurig was a bonus! The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants close by. Jerry was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I accidently left something and it was mailed to me right away.
