"Reserved the room and was not informed that there needed to be a 3 party authorization, employee went to hotel and was not able to check in and there was NO one at the front desk to help. Terrible customer service"

"The home is spacious and located in a nice area. We did not get to enjoy the home much since we had other activities planned. The home could use a few improvements which I have addressed directly with them. I hope they consider my suggestions so others may have a wonderful stay."
