" Outstanding Stay at Fairmount Hotel – Truly Felt Like Home! I had an exceptional experience staying at the Fairmount Hotel in Zambia. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly courteous, warm, and professional—special thanks to Esta and Allen who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, along with the rest of the amazing team. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and to our surprise and delight, we were even upgraded at no extra cost. The hotel arranged smooth pick-up and drop-off service to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience. Even though our flight was at 6 PM, we were generously offered a complimentary late check-out and a complimentary lunch—something you don’t find everywhere. The food was consistently delicious, and the location is perfect—safe and within walking distance to great restaurants, museums, local craft markets, and only about 10 minutes from the airport and the breathtaking Victoria Falls. To top it all off, the hotel has a vibrant nightclub with VIP access and a complimentary first drink, which made our nights fun and memorable. I highly recommend the Fairmount Hotel to anyone visiting Livigstone, Zambia. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thanks again to the entire team for making us feel right at home! "I would highly recommend staying at Faulty towers.it’s location is central and the hotel is charming well kept and relaxing The staff are friendly very helpful and this ensures a well run accommodation. The pizza are wonderful and the inclusive breakfast good. The pancakes in the afternoon superb. The activities are superb and I recommend them all. Our stay was wonderful and we thank you all. "Wonderful property, staff and grounds were wonderful and top notch. We had the absolute best time at the hotel. Would return to the same hotel if we find ourselves back at Victoria Falls. The gym was also great, and we the animals (impala, zebras, giraffes, and monkeys) were everywhere, so fun to have them so close! "

"A group of 7 friends stayed here for 3 nights. The Lodge is very traditional and our 4 rooms were all beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was delicious, being cooked to order, even having options such as Eggs Benedict. We also ate here on 2 evenings and the food was fabulous and very reasonable. The staff can't do enough for you, always on hand to help, going that extra mile. Kennedy (manager) and his staff, Caroline, Destiny, Naomi were all fabulous. Our full day safari in Botswana was arranged by the Lodge and was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this lodge and only wish we had stayed longer but will hope to stay again in the future. "A fantastic place to stay for visiting Victoria Falls! I stayed in one of the rooms within the campsite part of the grounds. It was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed and a clean private bathroom. The basic rooms don't have TVs but it wasn't missed as I spent most of my time on the riverside patio at the restaurant! Having the Safpar booking office right on site was super convenient. They were able to arrange a trusted taxi driver who provided return transport to the falls, as well as airport transfer. It's probably a bit cheaper finding taxis outside of the hotel, but this was definitely a convenient option. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the pizzas 🍕 I would definitely stay again!!"
