"Beautiful hotel right in the river with exceptional staff. Rooms could use an update but the beds and linens very comfortable and nice quality. Difficult to get anywhere from the hotel as it’s not walkable. "

"The whole place is well maintained and very clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. The main dining room overlooks the Maramba river and has a huge outdoor balcony area. There weren’t too many mosquitoes and plenty of spray is on hand. Overall it is a lovely resort with quick access to the Falls."

There was a few things that didn't work or took a little to get to be functional, but don't let that overshadow the care and energy that goes into the property, the service, the food and the overall vibe. Gloria is stellar, I had a solid breakfast on my porch in pretty superb weather. It is a little bit of a walk to town but I felt safe and had a great time!"

There was no hot water because the hot water heater "geezer" was off. (Staff didn't advise us if this when we arrived). It was switched on and waited 30 minutes and only got luke warm water for our 2 day stay. I told staff and nothing was done until the last day.
