"This is a beautifully restored Victorian house on a large, quiet property with views of the harbour. The bedroom and sitting room are tastefully decorated and furnished, with a private bathroom. Various fresh items, including home made bread, granola and jam, were left for us for breakfast and the owners were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Advocate Harbour."

"The Parkland is in Alma, just outside of Bay of Fundy National Park. Nice older hotel, right next to Alma harbor. Had a nice view with a balcony room. A bit past the season, so a lot of things in Alma were closed. 3rd floor balcony room, no elevator. Not a big deal for us, but even the 1st floor rooms require a few stairs."

"Great cottage right in the heart of downtown Alma. Hosts very responsive to messages. The only issue I had was the lobster shop across the street starting their pallet loaders at 7 am. I’d have brought ear plugs if I ever go back that way again, I would definitely stay"

"Wonderful view, unique stay. Lovely well appointed cabin. Might I suggest a propane fridge? Yeti cooler ok for a day or 2 only with ice. I didn't mind but some may be freaked out by the remoteness and no cell service. Otherwise a great break from civilization! So quiet and calm."
