Great location, and we loved the staff and view. We did have some trouble when we first arrived with a musty odor in our room, but we were able to air it out pretty well while we were there.

vista mare e comfort fantastici !

Hotel con una posizione sul mare da sfruttare al meglio nei mesi estivi, ma anche in questo fine inverno che sà di primavera è apprezzabilissima !!! Ristorante interno di buona qualità, servizio cortese e simpatico tipico dei personaggi livornesi che lo gestiscono. Prezzi corretti, anche per viaggi di lavoro. Complimenti allo staff

Better days behind

We stayed two nights when travelling around Tuscany and Liguria. The hotel was almost empty. It has seen the best days. Most of the services were closed by the beach. There was a strange smell in many areas. Walls were too thin so all the sounds echoed from neighbours. Service was kind and parking easy. View was amazing. Breakfast fair.

Excellent location. Wonderful restaurant with great views. Booked a superior room. We were allocated what amounted to a suite. As a couple however we did not need the four beds, the room smelt of damp or recent replastering and the balcony was dirty, with lumps of broken plaster. Further although you could see the sea round the corner of the hotel, the view was restricted and the balcony was in shadow. We requested a different room and were given a standard sea facing room which was clean and satisfactory for the one night we were there but wasted the premium we had paid for the superior room.

Rummen var ganska slitna men sängen skön. Takterrassen där frukost och middag serverades var med ljuvlig utsikt. Stranden inte den bästa men sköna solstolar. Priset jag betalade var för högt i förhållande till standarden.

The Hotel has a good location with direct beach access. Strange misunderstandings with the room type, but was soon sorted with the staff. The fitness facilities are a joke. But the place and Hotel is great

"Pensjonisthotellet" med gode bademuligheter

Hotellet bærer preg av å være noen år gammelt, og trenger en del modernisering. Det verste var nok at det var veldig lytt mellom rommene og etasjene. Skraping av stoler over oss eller lukking av dører ved siden av kan holde deg våken langt lengre enn du ønsker. Ut over dette var det et typisk bad-/solhotell et stykke unna øvrige fasiliteter. Veldig mange mer eller mindre "fastboende" eldre italienere som virket å være litt favorisert blant hotellpersonalet. Trolig bor disse i leiligheter tilknyttet hotellet siden de hadde reserverte og faste plasser blant solsengene. Fint å bade, gode solmuligheter, enkel servering og grei valuta for pengene.

Lite slitet hotell, men med trevlig personal

Vi sov här med familj på fyra personer innan vi skulle ta båt över till Sardinien. Vi tyckte hotellet var lite nergånget och sängarna var hårda. Nu njöt vi ej av badet på baksidan eftersom vi kom sent och åkte tidigt så vi sov bara där. Det låg väldigt avsides, men bemötandet från personalen var mycket bra. De hjälpte oss med allt och gjorde till och med en frukostpåse till oss var för att vi behövde åka tidigare än då frukosten öppnade. Hotellet kändes lite nergånget och slitet, men bemötandet från personalen och badet på baksidan gör ändå att vi väljer att betyget för helhetsintrycket blir lite bättre från oss.

Leuk hotel met eigen strand

Hotel is verouderd en kan wel wat onderhoud gebruiken een verfje enz. Verder is het restaurant personeel bijzonder aardig en is het privé strand met de gratis doeken en bedden ook erg prettig over het algemeen een goed hotel voor een redelijke prijs.

Nice hotel

The hotel is away from main Livorno, towards the end of the coast. However, it is very near to beautiful coastal shores, had a great time exploring and walking along the rocky coastal line, stunning scenery! The wifi in the hotel wasn't very strong and only a couple English tv channels. The view from the room was amazing, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was large and shower was great. There was a variety of choices for breakfast and staff were friendly.
