In the hamlet Castellaccio 5 km from the centre of Quercianella, 15 km from the centre of Castiglioncello, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool (depth 130 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 12.May. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Cook on request (extra). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 6 km pebble beach "Quercianella" 6 km, rocky beach "Sonnino" 5 km.
